We design, deliver and successfully complete sustainable, energy efficient projects, knowing that what we create today will enhance the future. From concept to completion, we are committed to providing superior quality and consistent results, delivering at the highest standards.

Since our founding in 2011 by Managing Director Eoin Leahy, we have grown to become a dynamic solutions provider with a team of over 30 professionals. Together, we design, build, install, and manage complex projects, combining expertise in Project Management, Design, Construction Management, and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

At EL Engineering, we deliver a unique suite of services in engineering and project management, tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Our strength lies in the depth and diversity of knowledge within our team and in our commitment to our values. This enables us to provide innovative solutions that add tangible value across the industries we serve.

Our business is real & authentic. We think outside of the box, innovate and ensure the voices of all team members are heard. We take on the challenge of solving problems together, and each member of the team has a part to play in our success.

At EL Engineering, there are many opportunities to learn and grow within existing roles, and as our business expands, new opportunities for our people emerge.

The scope and variety of the work we do is unparalleled. We have an array of projects across multiple sectors, allowing our team to build expertise and knowledge in a variety of areas.

Our people are central to what we do. We are on this journey together and as a team, have the passion for further growth. We are strongly family oriented, work true to our core values and encourage our team to be themselves.
